FallTech FT-Arc Flash 4D Climbing Harness for Construction

FallTech FT-Arc Flash 4D Climbing Harness is built for workers who need maximum arc flash protection, superior mobility, and secure positioning on the job. The harness features dielectric overmolded dorsal, sternal, and hip D-rings that provide dependable connection points for climbing, work positioning, and fall arrest while helping protect against electrical and arc flash hazards.

Constructed with Nomex® webbing and a Kevlar® fiber core, the harness delivers full-body flame and arc resistance that does not wash out. Comfort zones including the shoulder yoke, sub-pelvic leg pads, and 6 inch waist support pads use ripstop and quilted Nomex® fabric to increase durability and thermal protection.

FallTech’s Comfort Legs® lateral strap system reduces pressure points and improves mobility during climbing and at-height tasks. Overmolded quick-connect buckles include a visual positive-lock indicator to support fast and secure donning.

This harness is equipped with Arc Flash–rated Suspension Trauma Relief Straps, paired lanyard parking keepers, and a Nomex® label cover for long-term identification. It meets applicable ANSI and ASTM standards for arc flash-rated fall protection equipment in demanding work environments.
