FallTech FT-Arc Flash 2D Climbing Harness is engineered for arc flash protection, comfort, and secure climbing performance in high-risk electrical and utility environments. Built with Nomex® webbing and a Kevlar® core, the harness provides inherent flame and arc resistance throughout the shoulders, torso, and legs.
The design features Comfort Legs® lateral strap construction to support improved mobility and reduced pressure points during climbing and positioning. Dielectric overmolded alloy steel D-rings provide dorsal and sternal connection points while helping protect users from electrical hazards.
Overmolded quick-connect chest and leg buckles include a visual positive-lock indicator to support secure fastening. Ripstop and quilted Nomex® padding at key contact zones adds durability and additional thermal protection while enhancing long-term comfort.
This harness includes Arc Flash–rated Suspension Trauma Relief Straps, lanyard keepers, and a Nomex® label cover to support long-lasting identification. It meets applicable ANSI, ASTM, OSHA, and CSA standards for fall protection and arc flash-rated personal protective equipment.
