FallTech 8209AFB Arc Flash Adjustable Lanyard is a 4 ft to 6 ft adjustable length restraint lanyard designed for work in environments with arc flash hazards. The lanyard features Nomex® and Kevlar® webbing to support arc flash protection while maintaining durability for repeated jobsite use.
Steel snap hooks are included for dorsal and anchorage attachment, allowing connection to approved harness and anchor points as part of a restraint system. The adjustable design supports proper positioning while restricting users from reaching identified fall hazards when installed correctly.
This restraint lanyard complies with ANSI Z359.3-2019 and ASTM F887 requirements and is intended for restraint applications only, not fall arrest. It is designed to be used as part of a complete fall protection program where arc flash exposure may be present.
